3 Axis milling machine with 30hp and 15,000rpm spindle motor. Rigid and powerful enough to machine the most difficult materials. Or have an extremely high rate of removal in softer ones. This machine being equipped with a Renishaw probe system, as well as Smooth Set and Inspect. Therefore, allows us to fully automate the measuring process.
QTE-100MSY
6 Axis Live tooling lathe, capable of producing a multitude of components all in one machine. Compact but rigid enough to machine some of the toughest materials like age hardened Inconel, and accurate enough to hold plus or minus .0002 tenths of a thousandth across production runs.
